Serendipity on Allyn is set in the Upper Hunter region overlooking the Allyn River. It is located next to the historic St Mary's Church, dating back to the mid 1840's with many interesting monuments and tombstones, in the attached cemetery.

There are a number of country pubs, cafes and the local RSL club. There are also some art galleries and antique shops to browse.
