Located 3.1 mi from the center of Tauranga, Majestic Water and City Lights Studio is a self contained studio sitting overlooking our inner harbor. The studio is independent from the main house, renovated in 2017, allowing you to come and go at your leisure. You will enjoy the water and city views from inside, or sitting outside on the patio, soaking in the Bay of Plenty sunshine. The inner harbor laps at the bottom of the property where you can swim or walk around the foreshore. Canoes are available for those competent on the water.
