Sapporo’s Local Gems While the hotel’s comfort might tempt you to stay in, its location provides easy access to some of Sapporo’s finest attractions.

• Toyohira River & Hirakishi Park: Just moments away, this beautiful riverbank area is a favorite among locals for leisurely strolls, cycling, and seasonal cherry blossom viewing. It offers a picturesque slice of Sapporo’s natural beauty without the crowds of central parks.

• Historical Village of Hokkaido (Kaitaku-no Mura): A short drive or taxi ride will transport you back in time. This outstanding open-air museum features over 60 historical buildings from across Hokkaido, meticulously preserved and relocated. It’s a fascinating immersion into the island’s pioneering history and architectural heritage.

• Sapporo Beer Museum & Garden: No visit to Sapporo is complete without exploring its brewing legacy. Located in the former brewery complex, the museum offers free tours detailing the beer’s history. Afterwards, head to the adjacent Garden Grill for the legendary *Genghis Khan* (Jingisukan) barbecue, a must-try local dish of grilled lamb and vegetables.
