Note: There is no on-site parking, and the property is only accessible via stairs, so travelers with heavy luggage or mobility restrictions should plan accordingly.

Travel Tips

Jiufen’s mountain roads are narrow and parking is extremely limited, so most travelers reach the area via public bus from Ruifang Train Station. Pack layers – Jiufen is often 3-5 degrees cooler than Taipei, and fog can roll in quickly even on warm days.
